The background of this study is the limitations of conventional systems in village information management that still rely on bulletin boards and face-to-face meetings, which have limited reach, slow administrative processes, and minimize two-way interaction between the village government and the community. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, documentation studies, and literature studies. The implementation of the Scrum method is carried out iteratively through the stages of product backlog, sprint planning, sprint backlog, daily scrum, sprint review, and retrospective, so that system development can be flexible and responsive to changing needs. The results show that the Pamoyanan Village website was successfully built with key features such as village profile information, organizational structure, community services, village news, and MSME products. This website is able to increase information transparency, public service efficiency, and support the promotion of village potential. However, the desire and optimization of website utilization requires manager training, intensive socialization to the community, the addition of e-Government and e-commerce features, and regular evaluation. However, the lack of an optimal website hinders visibility, conveying the vision and mission, and interacting with potential clients. This study aims to build an effective website to improve search engine rankings, strengthen branding, increase engagement, and ensure fast, responsive, and secure performance. The methods used include a case study at PT. Fazanime Media Teknologi, needs analysis, interface design, appropriate technology selection, implementation, and performance and security testing. The results of the study indicate that implementing responsive design, integrating interactive features, SEO optimization, and utilizing modern web technologies can increase the number of visitors, improve search rankings, and facilitate the conversion of visitors into clients.
