Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya pemanfaatan data historis dalam industri perhotelan untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang lebih akurat dan berbasis data. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi adalah belum optimalnya pemanfaatan data pemesanan hotel dalam mengidentifikasi pola tren dan musiman, sehingga berdampak pada kurang efektifnya strategi operasional dan pemasaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pola pemesanan hotel serta mengembangkan dashboard interaktif berbasis Business Intelligence (BI) menggunakan Power BI guna mendukung pengambilan keputusan strategis. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan tahapan pengumpulan data, preprocessing data, analisis data, visualisasi data, dan interpretasi hasil. Data yang digunakan berupa data historis pemesanan hotel yang diolah menggunakan Power BI melalui Power Query Editor dan dashboard interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pola tren dan musiman dalam pemesanan hotel, di mana terjadi peningkatan pada periode pertengahan dan akhir tahun serta penurunan pada awal tahun. Selain itu, ditemukan variasi pola pemesanan berdasarkan negara asal tamu dan jenis kamar. Dashboard yang dihasilkan mampu menyajikan informasi secara visual dan interaktif sehingga memudahkan pihak manajemen dalam memahami kondisi operasional hotel dan mendukung pengambilan keputusan berbasis data.
