Submission of manuscripts to JCSAI Ruang Jurnal must be done through https://ruangjurnal.or.id/index.php/jcsai. Manuscript writing should adhere to the provided template and follow the writing guidelines. If you do not follow the writing guidelines, your text will be returned. SUBMISSIONS

INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHOR

1. The manuscript is written on A4 paper (210 mm x 297 mm) with a minimum of 6 pages and a maximum of 8 pages, including tables and images, following the writing guidelines as outlined in this paper. The page margins are 25 mm on the top, bottom, left, and right.

Line spacing will be set to single, and the text will be justified. Additionally, subheadings will be in Cambria 10 bold.

3. Table
Tables must be numbered in the order of presentation (Table 1, etc.). The table title is written above the table with a center justified. The font used is 8pt, both the table title and table contents. Tables must be referenced and referenced in the text. Tables do not use vertical lines.

4. Picture
Pictures are numbered in the order of presentation (Figure 1, etc.). The title of the image placed under the center's justified image. The font used in the image title is 8pt. Images must be referenced and referenced in the text.

5. Reference

The reference list only contains the sources referenced and all sources referenced must be listed in the reference list. Minimum number of reference is 15, reference sources of at least 80% are scientific journal articles published in the last 5 years and 20% books of the last 10 years. The references used are primary sources in the form of research articles in journals or research reports (including theses, theses, dissertations) Minimize the use of books as reference sources. Articles published in Accredited Journals or indexed in reputable journals are recommended for use as references.

  • No need to be grouped based on books, journals, newspapers, or based on other types of publications.
  • Citation using the IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) style.
  • Use the MENDELEY application for Citation

6. An easy way to write a script is to write directly in the Journal template.

Manuscript Structure

Title
Title Written with Font Cambria 14, (Max 14 Words: Indonesian). The title must be clear and concise. Only the first letter of the title uses uppercase letters and bold print.

Author and Affiliate Names
The author's name is clearly written without a title. Heading numbering with Arabic systems with sub-headings up to a maximum of 3 levels.

Abstract [use Cambria 10 font]
Abstracts are written in two languages, namely English and Indonesian, a maximum of 200 words in English and 250 words in Indonesian. Abstract written in Cambria 10, spaced 1, 1 paragraph, italicized for abstract and straight print (Indonesian), and in one column format.

Keywords
keywords are written in 3-5 words which should be a subset of the title of the paper, written in lowercase letters except for abbreviations, and separated by comma punctuation between words.

Keywords: Information Systems, Computing Technology, Data Mining, [maximum 5 keywords]

Introduction
The introduction should provide a brief background on the problem and literature to record the solutions/methods available from previous research. The author must state the purpose of the study at the end of the introduction.

Materials and Methods
(Can include analysis, architecture, methods used to solve problems, implementation)
Explain the preparation method and the characterization technique used. Explain in a concise, but still accurate manners such as size, volume, replication, and workmanship techniques. The new method must be explained in detail so that other researchers can reproduce the experiment. Whereas the established method can be explained by picking references.

Results and Discussion
The results of the study are presented briefly and clearly related to the research questions. Give a difference between the results of the study with previous research.

Conclusion
Conclusions contain research findings in the form of answers to research questions/goals or in the form of summary results of the discussion. Conclusions are not allowed to repeat mentioning problems or theory definitions. Give suggestions for experiments in the future.

REFERENCE WRITING INSTRUCTIONS

Reference writing uses the IEEE Referencing Standard. It is recommended to use Mendeley/Endnote/Zotero tools. Everything listed in the bibliography / reference must be referenced in writing or paper. Minimum of 15 primary and recent references (last 5 years).
